Levenia Hines, MS HRM is a former Director of Human Resources Development turned AWAI-trained copywriter and content strategist. With a career rooted in education and public service, she now specializes in resume writing, profile and biography development, blog articles, case studies, and email marketing — helping professionals present their experience with clarity and confidence.

Before transitioning into Copywriting, Levenia served in senior HRD leadership roles within Jamaica’s public sector, including the Ministry of National Security and Justice and the Ministry of Agriculture. She progressed through multiple levels — Officer, Regional Officer, Senior Officer, and Director — and later served as Deputy Director for Student Development and Welfare at an Agricultural Academy. Earlier in her career, she taught in Jamaica’s public school system, preparing students for the Common Entrance Examination and leading a girls’ dance group and boys’ speech choir.

Her writing and leadership have earned both recognition and distinction. She was awarded a Fellowship to Washington, D.C. for a Training of Trainers seminar and was invited to present at a diplomatic farewell luncheon for the wife of the Israeli Ambassador — an engagement that led to her promotion. Her published works include “Production Through Training and Development” in the International Journal of Human Resource Development and Management (JATAD, 1995), as well as radio features aired on Radio Jamaica’s “Calling Farmers” program.

Levenia holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University, along with a Diploma in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Social Sciences from the University of the West Indies. She also earned a Teachers’ Diploma from Bethlehem Moravian College, where she served in student leadership roles. Now residing in West Palm Beach, Florida, she continues to serve others as a copywriter, Florida Notary Public, and licensed Life Insurance Agent — committed to helping individuals design their next chapter with intention.
